ZeroWriter Housing .STEP Files

For those not in the discord, I have converted the Zerowriter housing print files (STL) to .STEP for those who want to modify or design their own.

The files can be found on printables.

While Fusion was able to kinda convert the files to a solid, I had to remodel a lot of it by hand. It should be accurate, but let me know if you find any issues!

Can't Get EIN from IRS

We've been trying to acquire an EIN number for our LLC partnership for nearly a month now. We get the infamous 101 error when trying to apply online (still trying daily anyways). We have faxed our SS-4 form and articles weekly (with cover letter "# attempt-LLC name") along with a return fax number. We have attempted to call, usually in the morning, a few times and each time we get the "we have high call volume, try again later" and their system just hangs up.

We have delayed payments because of this. Do we have any other options here, other than just luck? Is there some way to check the status online?

Soon after the warranty ran out (1.5yrs), our Brondell s101 had an issue with one of the nozzles not retracting.

I took apart the entire unit and found that one of the internal seals/orings of the sealed nozzle housing (looks like two tubes side by side) self destructed, resulting in the nozzle jamming up internally.

This part is sealed, and cannot be repaired. I reached out to Brondell directly asking if I could purchase a replacement part and they told me "they can't get replacement internal parts" and that these units are "not meant to be repaired". They told me I just had to buy a new one.

Found a few posts with the exact same problem, so it's systemic.

So if you're considering one of these, be aware that they don't seem to last much longer past the warranty.

EDIT: I'll be chopping open that part to see what happened exactly, I'll post some photos if there is interest
