I need help

okay so yesterday i was at my partners house anf we both decided we wanted the summer trails and the request blessings packs, i paid for all four then thought nothing more about it but just a few minutes ago i checked and it only charged me for one of the summer trails and neither of the request blessings, we both have access to the stuff i bought but im worried itll ban our accounts if i dont figure this out. im not completely sure who to contact to help me out?
