anyone have recco's for an uptown barber/hairdresser that will give a lil ol lady a good buzzcut?

I haven't used a travel agent in literally decades, but am considering using one for a future trip. Has anyone used Four Seasons for a trip other than Disney? I've walked past the place hundreds of times, but I always assumed that Disney was what they did pretty much exclusively since that is all I see walking past. Worth looking into or is this a Magic Kingdom "only" place?
So the sanitation workers left this mess in the middle of the street when a bag from the bin fell out and smashed. They frequently leave refuse in the street, bins in the street, going fast as hell to make their rounds
This should be an utter delight with the 100°F heat forecast the next few days
Not that it would matter, but out of curiosity, who do I complain to at HQ? Public Works?
