I’ve just been offered a traineeship at a firm (medium size, international) for 2027, however the salary is 38,000. It seems like a fixed salary…so I’m wondering if there’s any point in asking for more. I’d be happy with 40,000, but 38,000 just seems on the low side for a medium size firm.

Anyone else get an interview? Invitations just went out
