Only positive stories please

Hello everyone

Since I joined here and honestly I only see people who their chemo didn’t work and needed more treatment or complaining about something which is all valid and respect it all , but it’s rare to see good stories or positive ones that can encourage others who’s going through TC

Please if you have went thru TC and you are all good by now tell us your story and how did it go

Thank you

RPLND!!

I have been diagnosed with testicular cancer in April
Did the surgery to remove the right one and we found out it has been spread and had a (Aortocaval lymph node measuring 2.8 x 2.1 x 1.8 cm )

I’m doing 3x BEP and now I’m about to start my third cycle , it’s been tough but manageable with all the medication.

my question is why almost everyone talks about that they did RPLND ? My doctor told me I won’t need it because I had pure embryonal carcinoma, and it will respond good to the chemo treatment.

I really don’t want to do the RPLND so did anyone else not do it and was still good after the BEP?

I would love some feedback , thanks
