Anguish Gun and its absurd quest, along with my shite luck

Long story short, i was at the finish line. The FINAL place i needed to find the dran and get my reward, however my roll spawned in the Red Prince dungeon right before receiving the heart needed to open the tormented asylum.... To avoid a fight with him and possibly die, i did as he asked and gave him the 3 coins needed to pass without conflict, then the guy straight up MURDERS ME! Along with all my hopes, dreams, and 3 hours of Anguish progress. Fucking cheers to that mate.

Edit: A big shoutout to @redbutt97 bro helped me with anguish in like 5 minutes. Bro is goated. Thankyou again.

Tranquil Heart being Tedious

By the Gods I’ve finally acquired this tedious relic. Funny enough I have to restart and do it over again to keep the tormented heart 🤣
If it wasn’t for SaveGaurdian these 2 items would’ve taken me ages to get!
Seriously though, there aren’t anymore multi world quests… are there?
