Working on a manual swap and replacing the clutch/pressure plate. The old one has this ring around the spring fingers, new one (SACHS) does not. Can anyone confirm if this is normal/same function? Thanks!

Long time reader, first time poster. Saw a post last week about a car with the BBS front spoiler, which was funny as I was midway through my DIY paint job to fit a used spoiler to my car. Personally - I think it's pretty sweet 😀

(Yes it's a 300D, euro bumpers and lights).
