Ok I've been​ trying this for about an hour now and I don't see how the speedrun time is even possible

So far every single run has ended in the exact same way, I'll make it to the point where I need her to launch the radioactive stuff and she'll still be talking to ground control

I have to wait at least 30 seconds for her to stop talking and just launch the dang radioactive stuff,and it's really eating into my time, my best so far is like 2:00 but I'm certain if she just launched it when I plugged in the thing instead of talking I could easily get 1:40

Is this a bug or am I just really slow? Can someone help?

(Btw I'm using a headset not pc)
