Hi, I’m an incoming freshman and was wondering what the statistics and data science major is like at UCSB. I haven’t heard many great things about it however many of those posts have been from 4-5 years ago so I’m kind of taking those with a grain of salt. I really enjoy statistics and I’ve been considering in double majoring in it and want to know whether it’s worth it or not:) Super excited for the fall!!!!!
Hi, I’m an incoming freshman and I’m kinda curious to know how much the party reputation is exaggerated. I know it can depend on the person pretty much but just in general/overall how intense is the party scene at Ucsb?
I guess I’m also kind of worrying because almost every person I’ve talked to about Ucsb has mentioned its reputation at a party school. It’s kind of irritating to hear people make snarky comments to me about it 🙃🙃
