Why is this graded wrong??!! Can we please fix this?
My bet was “Overtime – Correct Score [2:1],” and the overtime score was 2–1, which matches my selection.
When I first contacted customer support, I was told the bet lost because the goals were scored in extra time instead of overtime. After I provided the official match timeline showing the goals were scored during overtime, that explanation was changed. I was then told that the market includes regulation-time goals.
The problem is that the bet does not say regulation goals are included. It only says “Overtime – Correct Score.” If regulation goals are supposed to count, that should be clearly stated in the market description or rules.
Also, there were other score options available in the same market that would be impossible if regulation goals were included. This makes it seem that the market was intended to be based only on the overtime score.
