Okay, sooo long time on and off tcg collector mostly off for 18 years, then on again recently and first time ripping dbfw was 2 weeks ago..someone gifted them to me for a pokemon center etb(PO) ANNNNNDD he refuses to tell me where he got them.., I see starter decks EVERYWHERE i shop, but i can never find any blisters, and didnt even know display boxes existed..where do I find them?? My LCS are mtg/poke/lorcana only 😤
