I am Stuck at around 1300 for Rapid

I have been playing chess a long time but have been stuck around 1300. Should I study some openings, middle games or endgames. I feel most of the time I lost because of 1 blunder during end-games and also not able to take the initiative in the opening.

I Thought I Built a Great Product. My Users Proved Me Wrong

Hello everyone,

We recently launched FourCasa, an AI bookkeeping platform for landlords, and have been using Meta for customer acquisition.

One thing that I personally learned is that getting users isn't the hard part. Getting people use the product the correct way and return daily is.

As a founder, I always believed I built a great product because I know the problem, I have lived it, and if I fix it for myself, people will also love it. But once other users start using the product, many of my assumptions break immediately.

I have now learned that there are countless friction points, and the overall onboarding journey that seems obvious to me is not that obvious. People are struggling to even add their property address. Making people connect their rental account is another hassle. It was my product so I overlooked those things. My focus was to make the core product polished. The automatic transactions syncing, dashboards, and tax reports, I spent my time focusing on those things.

But people are dropping off from the onboarding screen because they don't know what to do.

Over the past few weeks, our entire team has been analyzing user sessions and onboarding behavior.

Honestly, I am enjoying every bit of this. Yes, there is no revenue yet, and that is sometimes discouraging, but the fact that real people are resonating with what we are building is a big win for us.

I am posting here because I just want to share that while building the product, we tend to focus on building the core feature, but sometimes the small ones will block people from reaching there. It has been an experience for me.
