How bad will banana pudding be a couple times this week?

I'm 28, early stage NAFLD, 6foot tall, I started at 219lbs and now I'm down 195, I generally eat good with some cheat days every now and then. I had one cheat day a few days ago, but was just given a pan of banana pudding, will it be bad if I have a little bit every other day like two or three times this week?

I know I'm on here asking these kinds of questions a lot lol

I just got diagnosed recently. I had smoked everyday from the time I woke up to bed time. I've had three tonic clonic seizures, each time I did I had just smoked and then had a bad anxiety attack prior each time.

I've also had a few focal aware seizures one very recently but I was not smoking. I stopped after my last tonic clonic at the end of February.

My neurologist said I'm probably fine especially after I start the full dose of lamotragine 200mg which I just started last week. She just said to take it easy and not do as much as I was and if possible get it from a dispensary and not an outside source.

Should I be fine to smoke again? I miss it and have a hard time not doing it, especially since I live with other people who do.

But I worry about doing it and having another seizure.

After my first tonic clonic seizure years back I went right back to smoking the next day and smoked continuously for years, the next happened after a fall down the stairs and I hurt my tailbone pretty bad, but I had just smoked before that and after that my vitamin d was really low amd I was hit with a bunch of symptoms from it especially increased anxiety which I was already anxious cause I had a seizure. The third time I had just smoked them had a bad anxiety attack cause I'm a hypochondriac and had a weird bump on my face and thought I was getting cancer and next thing I know I'm waking up on the couch.

Should I just continue not to smoke? Or should I be fine to do like my neurologist said and just be easy on it? I'm on medication now so maybe it won't happen as likely hopefully. I do go back in for another EEG in a couple months to see how the medication has effected my seizures.
