RFA failed

RFA failed

I’m down bad guys. First RFA was April 16, second RFA was May 7.

My two MBB trials were extremely successful. Those were magical days feeling 80%+ reduction in pain.

My pain has now worsened. 7/10 pain level and barely rolling out of bed. I’m doing PT everyday and stretching/staying active. 5’11” 165 lbs. Workout 6x/week. Walk a ton. Around 15% BF (pain kills my appetite). 32M.

It’s been two years living with lower back pain. Tried chiro, PT, acupuncture, deep tissue massages, etc.

The worst part is the shooting pains in my ribcage every morning. Can barely get 6 hours of sleep. Breathing hurts in the morning. Every day is a battle. Find myself crying every now and then, but good to remember someone always has it worse than you. So we carry on.

Thankful for a supportive family, but when you deal with chronic pain, it’s you and yourself. Anyway, not looking for sympathy, but maybe others who have experienced the same and what they did to heal themselves spiritually and physically.

FWIW - small annular tear in L3/4 + disc bulging.

Can someone confirm this is natural?

Recently picked up the SiCo Velos. I've put about 400 rounds through it. Was breaking down/cleaning my SBR today and noticed the outer rim of my charlie mounting system was thin and had some wear (see top of CMS). The Velos is phenomenal and it's been a joy to shoot. No performance issues whatsoever. This is my first can so natrually im paranoid that I did something wrong lol. I made sure it was fully tightened and locked in before any rounds were sent.

Is this normal?
