Hello everyone, I need some guidance regarding my PRK eye surgery recovery.

Hello everyone, I need some guidance regarding my PRK eye surgery recovery.

I had PRK around 1.5 years ago, but my vision is still not clear. I can manage during daytime sometimes, but at night my vision becomes very poor — lights scatter a lot, glare/halos increase, and I struggle to see things clearly. I also have significant eye dryness almost all the time.

Recently I visited AIIMS hospital basically I am from India. My reports mention:

Refraction around: RE -1.75D, LE -1.75D

Corneal thickness (CCT): Right eye 412 µm, Left eye 398 µm

Doctor also noted history of PRK and referred me further for LASIK opinion.

My questions are:

Is this kind of blurry/night vision problem normal even after 1.5 years post-PRK?

Can dryness alone cause this much blur and poor night vision?

Is regression after PRK common in thin corneas?

With corneal thickness around 398–412 µm, is enhancement surgery safe?

What tests should I get done now? (Topography, HOA/wavefront, Schirmer test, etc.?)

Has anyone improved their night vision and dryness after similar issues?

I would really appreciate advice from doctors or anyone who experienced similar problems after PRK. Thank you.
