Service Desk outsourced to India, what do you think is the outcome?

So the company decided to outsource to India all the level 1 and 2 support.

Now I get tickets that are barely comprehensible. Their level of English is really bad, written and spoken. I try to explain things to them and they just don't comprehend, they have no troubleshooting ability.
Management says its great.

How would you handle this?

3 months after surgery, still in a lot of pain, any tips?

I had the surgery and although it looks healed up on the outside it still really hurts.

Anyone else had it done, what was your recovery time like, any tips?

I've worked in tech for 30 years and its always been busy but now it just feels overwhelming.
Theres just so much to be across, its to much.
Everyday I encounter new things that I feel I could spend hours reading and learning about but dont have the time, so I do what I have to, just to keep things moving.
I bounce from one huge task to the next, barely having time to think.
There's a stack of tickets to get through, no time to think or plan anything, no time to really learn.
Everyday I feel like I encounter new terms and tech, which I am just supposed to know instantly how it works.
Anyone else out there struggling like this?
