Online jersey shopping

just curious if I’m not in the know for other locations besides the MLB website because I almost never see any jerseys go on sale, I should’ve bit when they were $120 months ago but i can’t bring myself to spend $150 on a Jake Rogers jersey right now. are there any other sellers? also why do they not sell the new alternates??
