Hi, incoming 1L here. I’m considering living at The Iris in NoMa and was wondering if anyone has thoughts about it or knows anything about living there or in the NoMa area generally.

Since they opened in 2024, everything seems pretty new, and it also doesn’t seem too far from campus (about a 15 min walk). I’ve heard mixed things about the NoMa area though, so I wasn’t sure whether The Iris is considered a good option for student housing, especially as a 1L.
