Hi, I have a problem. I’m running an i7-14700K on a Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX with an Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 with new thermal paste.

Ever since updating the BIOS to version FM, the CPU has been running way too hot. With the latest version, FO, it’s running slightly better, but under load it still hits at least 85–90°C. I’m not familiar with undervolting and need some help getting my system to run cooler.

It didn't work with YouTube videos. With the settings out of the videos my system ran hotter then before.

I’d really appreciate any help with this.

Seit dem BIOS Update zur FM Version lief der Kern deutlich zu heiß. Mit der neusten Version FO läuft der Kern etwas besser aber immernoch bei Last auf mindestens 85-90°C. Ich kenne mich nicht mit undervolting aus und brauche Hilfe um mein System kühler zu machen.

Wäre toll wenn mir hier jemand helfen könnte.
