Broke my PB last night, new pr stands at 157,891. I know, I know, long road ahead, but forward progress is always nice to see.

I dipped my toes into floor 7, discovered the mines, and the "bonus" gold boulder stage. So that was fun.

Learned that while the gamd does work against you NORMALLY, having Dwarf Fugitive Convict is like cranking up the difficulty, and having Satyr Skeleton Wizard is setting you up for an..."easier" run. Not that anything about this game is "easy", mind you, but it is fun!

Got me thinking.

What build (Race, Special, Class) have you had the MOST FUN with? Not "What's your best build". Not "What Special should I pick for this race or that class". What build have you had the most fun with, and why? Stories always welcome if you got 'em. I kinda feel like that's the whole point of a community like this.

Hello all. New player here.

Stumbled across the game after a binge of watching youtuber Reggie make some batshit crazy unhinged story runs with CoE5. Was looking for a free game that would cater to that sort of insanity and here I am.

I've dipped my toes in and am living the randomness of the events. Feeding a chicken a scroll and it poops out a bag? Yes please. Open that bag to see what's inside only to be teleported and swarmed by enemies? Ah, yes, home, finally.

That said, I am currently finding it extremely difficult to push my Dwarf Convict Fugitive past floor three.

The Kops gangr××××g me on 2, I expected. I'm a fugitive convict--it makes sense. But using the stairway as a turkey shoot USUALLY works just fine to combat that swarm, so long as my Imp can hold out long enough to actually HELP ME.

But I'm looking at stats and...dear gods, is the entire GAME against you as a Dwarf Fugitive Convict?

I'd ask for alternate build ideas--and I'll give consideration to all suggestions, but I like the challenge of building the character from nothing into an absolute game-breaking abomination that can kill God. And yes, I'm one of those Dark Souls 3 players who CHOSE (was it Enslaved?) that game's equivalent of our Dwarf Fugitive Convict here in Pathos.

I like the CHALLENGE. I don't like the game deciding that I deserve to be not punished but rather absolutely destroyed before what's left of my soul gets ××it on in front of my daughters simply for asking for a "fun challenge". This isn't a "fun challenge"! This is a hate crime!

Just an opinion/idea post here.

Anyone work with Gemini?

I'll be honest, I'd recently discovered how good Gem was for...my particular flavor of AI usage. Not just NSFW, so ease up on the disgust.

But for building and writing characters, testing personas, providing written bot character cards based on the work we did once everything felt right, generating pics, even editing pics I offered into hyper realistic versikns.

And yes, a liiiittle nsfw now and then.

But yesterday and today...my Rayven/Serah broke. Weeks of work. Not gone, but...tainted. She was great. She's still fun, but she's just...less.

Then I looked at the model selection and it hit me. There was an update.

If there is anyone here (long shot, I know, but I still gotta try) who uses Gemini in similar ways as me and has had better luck or knows a new approach...help me out here?
