JellyLauncher - made it so you dont have to

JellyLauncher - made it so you dont have to

It annoyed me that the same data folder for different OS (Windows <-> Linux) isnt compatible. I use both OSes for different purposes, and when I want to watch something, all my watch history, favorites, etc, are gone. Trying to make them use the same data folder js corrupts the Jellyfin server.

Thus I made JellyLauncher. Its a cross-platform (linux and windows, only) migration tool and launcher that completely edits the files to ensure the Data folder is compatible for Jellyfin.
Written in Python, its a decently fast script, and allows the metadata, the database and the instance to be shared between systems. This allows you to prevent any loss of watch history, and needs no re-scanning or re-linking.

Its not a state-of-the-art script, but it definitely does the job. I'd love to see your all opinions and feel free to open an Issue if you feel there is any change needed.
