Context switching became my worst productivity enemy

I don’t know about you, but I feel lately running 6-8 windows in terminal and constantly switching context really messes with my productivity.

Feel like I got a mindset that if I’m not burning through all my tokens in a reset time window, I’m not productive.

Wonder if working in a single thread would be a better option, is it just me or anyone can relate?

I spent 1.5 years building a startup and never talked to a single customer

I’ve been building a B2B SaaS startup for the last 1.5 years in an industry I previously worked in.

I already had warm contacts and enough momentum to start talking to potential customers early on. But instead, I spiraled into overthinking, scope creep, and endless feature building, especially with AI making it so easy to keep adding more.

I’ve spent hundreds of hours developing and planning, yet I still haven’t spoken to a single potential customer in the industry. What frustrates me most is that I actually know people I could contact. But for some reason, picking up the phone or sending that first email feels incredibly difficult.

Sometimes I genuinely wonder if I’m just afraid of rejection, or if other founders struggle with this too.

How can I overcome this stage?
