Back at it with another review…

Since my last purchase from yolo I decided to give it another go as for the quality you get for the price you pay it’s a no brainer.

Moving on though I recently got these 3 pairs in hand so why not give my opinion on em.

Jordan 4 Cement Greys:

- Quality is impeccable on these, buttery suede, good contrast between materials and overall great quality and shape

- Literally have no complaints on these whatsoever however price is a lil higher but for the quality I would definitely recommend not cheaping out

Overall 10/10 by far the favourite out the 3 pairs.

Moving onto the 2 New Balance 9060s…

Black/White colourway 9060:

Nice quality with good details like the reflective material and different use of materials

Materials are nice but the cuts do seem ever so slightly rough around the edges (suede) but I can imagine retail being the same.

To be honest for the price you really can’t complain as they are very cheap and surprisingly very comfortable too

Overall no complaints apart from the little difference in cuts of material.

Grey/Blue colourway 9060:

Very impressed with these: great quality, good material and cuts.

Been using these for gym and must say they are very comfortable

Especially for the price these are a no brainer and I have no complaints for them whatsoever

Almost 3 months since my last shoes review so I had to test out some new batches and cop some goods for my friends.

Let’s get right into it…

Breakdown:

Asics Gel NYC (White & Grey) - UK 8.5
New-Balance 2000 (White & Grey) - UK 8.5
Jordan 5 (Grey) - UK 8
LV Skates (Grey & White) - UK 10

As you can tell grey was clearly a popular choice colour this haul 😹

Anyways enough yapping, now time for the info…

Asics Gel NYC:

Quality - Fairly good, been used for around 2-3 weeks now and have held up well. No major complaints or issues about them to be honest. For ¥170 you can’t really complain.

Sizing - Bought these for a friend and claimed they do run slightly small so I would recommend going half a size up.

New-Balance 2000:

Quality: These are by far a very slept on shoe in my opinion. Quality was amazing, shape and fitting where near perfect along with the overall silhouette of the shoe being a lot better in person than expected.

Sizing: As mentioned fit perfectly so go with your normal size when purchasing.

Jordan 5’s:

Quality: you can really see the difference in quality when comparing this to other batches. Suede is buttery with no visible imperfections on the markings or stitching. Would say you definitely get what you’re paying for.

Sizing: Fits good, however if you have wider feet I would say maybe go for another style of Jordan as these are quite narrow.

And finally the LV skates:

Quality: Impeccable in one word. The shape and quality of material used on this batch is very nice. My friend was very pleased when he received these and finds any excuse to wear them lol.

Sizing: He claimed the sizing was perfect and fits true to size

Been a minute since the last post so I thought I’d check in and show you guys a part 1 to my summer haul.

This consists of items I got for my family but I got a fairly big haul coming up soon.

Overview:

All 3 pairs off YOLO - had great experience with purchasing in the past so he’s definitely up there for sellers I tend to buy from.

Pair 1 - ASICS Gel-NYC

Clean colourway with good build quality overall. Was fairly cheap so wasn’t expecting 1:1 shape however for the price you pay, you definitely get your money’s worth.

Fits TTS - according to my relative and very comfortable.

Pair 2: New Balance 2002

Nice simple grey pair of shoes I copped for my relative in a size UK 10. They seem quite big in the pics however they do fit well. Overall no complaints, stitching is slightly off in areas but nothing crazy noticeable. Materials are nice and are holding up well so far.

Fits TTS - so go with normal size

My hauls are never complete without a wacky item 😂 so these Nike x Off-White rubber dunks fitted that area well.

Quite a loud shoe when I seen them in hand, but I must say when I seen my friend put them on feet they do work well with the right outfit.

Very pleased with this overall, as its shape, material and sizing all around was good. Due to the higher price point in comparison to the other pairs I was expecting better quality which this shoe does have.

No complaints at all tbh - fits TTS aswell.

This is an extended review on my summer items that are arriving one by one.

Today’s pick up are a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses and a Dior belt from Anding.

Here’s my thoughts…

Firstly the Dior Belt:

The craftsmanship on this blew me away ngl.

The small details such as the stitching, design and material are very good.

Bought a size European 90cm which fits fine for 28-32 waist.

Came with box, dustbag and card.

No complaints whatsoever to be honest.

Next we have the Tom Ford sunglasses:

Off initial inspection, the sunglasses have good weight to them with clean markings.

They are a brown shade with hints of yellow when in the sun, which I couldn’t really show well in the pics.

All stampings and markings are clean and the sunglasses themselves feel quality.

Came with suede case which is very firm and a Tom Ford stamped cloth.

Hey repfam. With summer coming up I decided to cop 2 pairs of slides for summer/upcoming holiday.

Here’s my overall views…

Firstly, I’d like to say the quality on both pairs is very good on my observations. However, I haven’t seen retail pairs in hand to make an accurate judgement. I also decided to send them without box for cheaper shipping so they only came with the dust bags and cards as shown in the pics.

Let’s start with the CD slides: Very plush cushioning on the slides but the soles are quite tough. I believe this is due to the style though as these are more based on looks rather than comfort. Would say they are decently comfortable though and would be great for casual wear but not long walls like I do with my yzy slides.

Quality and build - They do have some weight to them and seeing them in hand you can definitely see the quality for the price you pay.

Sizing - TTS I would recommend ordering your normal size

Overall: Solid 8/10 - Only thing I’d improve on would probably be the comfort level, however I do think retail probably is the same so aside from that they are very good.

Next, the Monogram slides…

These I was pleasantly surprised with ngl. The craftsmanship on these are very very good.

Comfortable and the small details are clean aswell.

Only negatives I can really think of are that they do take some time getting used to as they are a little bit flatter in comparison to yzy slides which ive been wearing for many years. But then again I solely bought these for holiday purposes so I won’t be wearing them that much.

Sizing - Again I’d say TTS so order your normal size

Overall - 9/10 only slight thing I’d say are they are a flat style slider which I’m not really used to wearing.
