We just got mail for the India Commuter Benefits program. As per the new rules, if you're in tier 1 and Tier 2 cites and if you are L4 and above, then you need to pay monthly deductions of 4000 (tier 1) and 1500 (tier 2) from your base pay. Additionally, you will also not get 4k free cab allowance.

This is really shit, considering work from office is mandatory for 5 days and a lot of people travel using office cab as the office are mostly on the outskirts of the city limit.

Someone really need to start an escalation change and Should add all employees for support. This is really bad.
