Not sure what’s going on with my Fitbit air. It’s losing its charge within 1.5 to 2 days.

I just charged it at 3pm est and it’s already down 20%.

Any ideas if this is a common problem or what I can do?

I tried resetting by pushing the button on the charger while it was charging but doesn’t seem to be working.

Have had it since about a week after it came out.
