I got accepted, what's the next step after purchasing the exam? Do we get a card in the mail?

I have submitted the application and it changed "in review" on April 20th. It has been more than 12 weeks and still nothing. Should I email them? I am starting to get worried something is deficit or not since I won't have enough time to resubmit "if" it happened.
