DIY SETUP - Built my setup using old closet doors & stacked PS3 cases as monitor risers. Zero budget at 21, but super proud of it!
Hey everyone! I’ve spent years putting this setup together step-by-step using whatever materials I could find or repurpose.
The Desk & Riser: Two wooden planks repurposed from an old closet door.
The Monitor Stands: Stacked DVD and PS3 game cases holding up the top shelf.
The Base: Repurposed storage chests as desk supports.
I’m 21 and working on building up my income, so I had to figure out the most functional way to make a clean, dual-monitor workstation without spending big money. It’s built from literal scrap, but I’m super proud of how ergonomic and functional it turned out.
I plan on upgrading piece-by-piece over time, but I’d love to hear your thoughts or any budget-friendly tips to make it even cleaner!
