I’ve reached an epiphany
I no longer think Advanced 2.0 looks better than 1.0, which is insane for me to say cuz up until recently I was a HUGE “Advanced suit 2.0 clears 1.0” truther.
I was watching one of my favorite YT channels play SMPS4 for the first time and he commented on how he didn’t like how orange the red on 1.0 looked. Then I took a long look at it, and then I pulled up a pic of 2.0. And I noticed that I liked how 1.0’s lenses looked compared to 2.0, and how the front logo extends past the red portion of the torso a bit, and how the white carbon fiber on the forearms has a cleaner look.
And then I thought “oh my god 1.0 was better this whole time???”. Like aside from the colors, 1.0 pretty much has got it. I genuinely think if Insomniac takes 1.0, makes the lenses ever so slightly bigger, gives it the colors of 2.0, and moves the red portions on the hips to the bottom as half boots, they’d have a REALLY good design on their hands for Advanced 3.0.
