Run into this issue today where "Save Image As..." no longer prompt the last used location and always return to default download location. Before today, "Save Image As..." will update to the last used location until reboot, while download will just save file to the default download location without asking.

I know the second download checkbox can help, but I don't want to change the default download location. Anyone knows how to resolve this issue?
