I have completely given up sugar and alcohol for two months now and I want to continue like this.
Effects?
I have lost about 7kg, my energy level is better, my emotions are less intense, I no longer feel bloated instantly, my skin got clearer from acne and redness. In the last two weeks I experienced a stagnation of weight loss.... Though
I would like to point out that I used to eat sweets twice a day and alcohol daily but only one portion....a beer or a glass of wine, but daily, especially in the last year.
