Looking for advice on next important Paladin upgrades

Just came back to S15 after not playing for several seasons, and rolled a paladin, currently Paragon 241. Things are going well but in particular I feel like in T12 I will sometimes randomly die in 1 shot (not including one-shot mechanics and obvious explosions/pools). Wondering what my biggest target for improvement should be for my gear? Or do I need to change up my Paragon?
Other question, on many builds I see people talking about making sure you cap out crit chance. I'm not even close even though I feel like I target the affix and am even using Gar right now. Any thoughts or is my crit chance normal? Also how one earth do people have such high vuln % damage? lol
I know my Tibaults/SOJ are not ancestral, just haven't found modern ones. Any advice besides just keepin up the grind? Thanks!
