How do you evaluate lesser-known online companies?
This is a bit of a shot in the dark, because I've been doing a fair amount of research on various vendors over the last few days, and I happened upon Modavance. I haven't been able to find many detailed discussions about them at all so far, so I was wondering what people in the community tend to look for in a company. What red flags are biggest for you, and what green flags?
