Is it more profitable to rent laser equipment or to own it for a growing clinic?

I'm at the point where my clinic is growing quite rapidly and I need to decide if it's financially smarter to go with the leasing option for laser equipment or to make an outright purchase that will remain in my assets.

On the one hand, renting gives me flexibility, but on the other hand, the long-term costs seem to be much higher, especially if you want to work with top technology that amortizes over time.

Edit - how did you do this calculation when you reached the scaling level, did you prefer to have more liquidity in the company or did you want to own the equipment to avoid endless monthly installments?

I spoke with alma lasers these days to see what their investment options are, and honestly, their approach of looking at equipment as an asset for business growth, not just a machine, convinced me to seriously consider purchasing a system from them.

I think that for my clinic profile, owning the technology could bring a better ROI and a stronger reputation, instead of paying rent for a device that will never be mine. What experiences have you had with financing for premium aesthetic equipment, and what strategies have you used to optimize your cash flow without sacrificing the quality of the treatments offered?

What matters most when choosing a travel eSIM?

I’ve been comparing eSIM providers for upcoming trips and I’m trying to avoid picking based only on the cheapest price or “unlimited data” claims.

For me, the main things are simple activation, decent speeds, no roaming surprises, and having data ready as soon as I land. I came across esimx because they have country, regional, and global plans, which seems useful if you travel to more than one place.

For people who use eSIMs regularly, what do you check before buying one?
