Jenn. You have to send in original packaging!!
Someone in her chat asked if she switched the box and she said yes. Then her whole chat jumped on the person and said “where is it written?”. Well here it is. In their Statement of policies and procedures posted right on their website! The product has to be mailed in its original packaging if it has a description! So Jaci, you are sooo wrong!
