Hi! I am going to Uppsala this autumn for an exchange semester and wondered what the gluten free options are like at local restaurants / cafes? Is it common for most places to have gluten free options, and are they clearly labeled? Also, in supermarkets, is there a good selection of gluten free food that is easy to identify as someone who only speaks English?
