Down to two digits.
Started at 140kg, today i saw 99.3kg. Hasn't been the easiest thing and even though i still have more to lose, I'm proud of myself.

What do you personally, what's it cost and how do you rate it?
Ok, i started at 140kg in October, i'm in and around 103kg right now. I say "in and around" because for the last couple of months I've noticed my daily weigh ins being all over the place. 3 days ago it was 103.2, 2 days ago it was 103.6, yesterday was 102.7, this morning it was 103.4. I've obviously experienced weight fluctuations before, but only recently has the number been so inconsistent. My calorie intake has been 1600-1700 recently, slightly higher cause I've encountered a problem that requires more fibre to get better, can that be the reason?
