Moving with an adopted American minor with Canadian mother
Hi all,
My Canadian Aunt wants to move back to Canada (from USA) with her adoptive American daughter (F12).
Is it possible for them to move before thy receive the Citizenship papers? Can we enroll her in school? get a healthcare card before she has received her citizenship papers?
