[Academic] How emotional intelligence affects teams building UI/UX (anyone with UI/UX team experience, students welcome) (~4 mins)
Hi everyone!
I’m a final-year Software Engineering student working on a university group project. We’re researching how emotional intelligence (empathy, self-awareness, self-regulation, etc.) affects teams that design and build user interfaces.
If you’ve worked on UI/UX as part of a team, whether through uni projects, a placement, freelance work or industry, your input would really help!
About the survey:
- 6 short multiple-choice questions, plus 2 optional open questions
- Takes around 4 minutes
- Completely anonymous, no emails collected
- No Google login required
https://forms.gle/ectvgt9fnsxSq74J8
The last two questions are optional, but even a sentence or two is hugely helpful.
Disclaimer: This survey is strictly for academic research as part of a university course project.
