Grand Race stuttering?

IDK if it’s just me to anyone else, but I’m noticing this weird bug in the grand races where the game will stutter. It’s an annoying bug cuz it causes me to mess up and lose positions. I’m on Series X

Can we stop with the bot matches, like enough is enough, I loved this game during COVID but it’s just terrible now with the constant bots.
