Sarcoidosis and Military Service

Can someone recommend a Pulmonologist in Washington or Oregon with experience in Sarcoidosis possibly connected with military service. I would like a review of my medical records and the doctors opinion and possibly a nexus letter for a VA claim.

New 2026 Ridgeline black question

The photo is of the underside of what appears to be the trunk. If you look closely at what might be a drain there is what looks to be some sort of chemical fibers. Does that look normal ?
