Should gain up or trim down?

I am 5'9 205. Do you think I have an enough muscle mass to run a calorie deficit? I'm not necessarily trying to lose weight, I'd like to be about 10% body fat, and stay 195-205

Currently working out 4 days every 8 days. What kind of program would you focus on? Currently eating about 3000 calories a day

Appreciate any help

Pool is finally clear!

We were struggling with cloudy water. I figured out something was wrong with the pool filter. Once the filter was fixed, clear water!

New Siding, but have concerns

Hello, I wonder if I'm nitpicking. I'm almost at the end of a new siding installation with a preferred James Hardie installer.

1st issue- they closed the gable vents with OSB and sided over it. We have a ridge vent. They added vented soffit but I didn't see them punching holes in the rafter bays to allow air to enter. They said they would redo it and take pictures, I still haven't received pictures.

2nd issue- there is a starting course on the pool house that is noticeably uneven. The brick pool patio is graded towards the pool but even still, I feel it's too noticeable to be acceptable. This I may be nitpicking.

3rd issue- they installed electrical covers and trim. However, there are noticeable gaps between the top of every electrical cover. Are the gaps acceptable?

I've attached pictures of my concerns. The side of the house with closed gable vent, pic of electrical cover and uneven starting course bottom of pool house

New Siding, am I nitpicking?

Hello, I am almost at the end of a siding install. The contractor is a James Hardie preferred installer. It looks good overall but I have some concerns.

We have a ridge vent on our roof, the preexisting gable vents got closed by the siding gable. They installed winter soffit but I did not witness them punching holes into the roof to allow the vented soffit to intake air. The PM said he will have them redo it and take pictures. However they are still continuing to side, instead of addressing that.

The next thing is a starting course is clearly uneven, the brick patio is graded to slant a certain way but I don't think it should be this noticeable.

The boxes for outlets have a small gap up top but when I look inside, I do see some type of hard pvc, plastic material, that should be fine right? The gap can fit a toddler finger in it.

I attached pics where the gable vent was and the starting course. Thankful for any feedback
