Marvel’s Avengers (Hate)

This game been drugged through the mud way more then it should have so ima say this. The way gamers were complaining about how the Avengers look like mcu knock off baffles me. Like are they not gonna share some similarities considering games an movies are pulling from the same source material so they may resemble in some capacity. I mean how obsessed with the MCU can u be. Then there was the problem with micro transactions, how bout support the game if u see yourself putting hours into it.

I mean they put out 3 story dlcs, added 5 heroes since launch, 6 if on playstation, and 3 endgame olts for free. Im not saying trying to buy the highest skin or bundle in the shop at the time would be smart but a few bucks here and there would had helped for further developments. Support from gamers would have gave the game time to thrive.

Now honesty i would had preferred them to stick with mostly story content to show more of marvel’s vast world but they sacrificed story for multiplayer content and it shows. U have 3 olts u cant run by yourself that requires not just 2 but 4 players. By the end at sum point they seem to try an stick with just pumping out heroes and more olts. All in all this game had the potential to be the biggest marvel/superhero game ever if things were planned a bit better.

I mean the reassemble campaign was good, fun combat, dlcs were decent. Pumping out new heroes, and olts. Most of the bugs and long loading screens were improved upon in later versions. Its not like they wasnt trying but the love from gamers wasnt there. I love Marvel’s Avengers (2020) it has flaws yes and its buggy from time to time, but it captured that hero fantasy we felt reading those comics and watching those movies. Hopefully this ip gets picked up an get the treatment an love it deserves someday.
