Gf WP denied, what are my options
Hello all, I am seeking advice since I dont have much experience with Immigration processes and policies.

I am a Canadian citizen and my gf is a mexican citizen. She originally came here on a study permit, then that expired, she went back and came back on a work permit and eTA.

I met her when she came back about 2.5 years ago. Things are going great between us and she is the most loving and caring individual I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
​
Mexico is currently not the safest place for her or her family, which is why they are all trying to relocate to spain through the grandfathered passport program.
​
Recently her WP extention was denied :(

The options for her to stay ot come back are as follows ( to my knowledge)
​
- Go back to Mexico and apply for WP again
​
- Apply for USA visa to enter again via eTA, but she wont be able to work here.
​
- Me to sponsor her with/without marriage
​
I dont want to lose her, do I have any other options to keep her in the country?
