Frequent Bluetooth audio glitches and disconnects

I'm trying to use a pair of Bluetooth ear buds on my desktop but the Bluetooth keeps glitching and disconnecting every 30 minutes or so. I dual boot windows so I tried them their and they work flawlessly so the buds aren't the issue.

I went digging around on google and tried 2 Ubuntu based solutions. one was adding a 50ms delay through pulse audio and the other was disabling bt_coex using this line:

sudo tee /etc/modprobe.d/iwlwifi-opt.conf <<< "options iwlwifi bt_coex_active=N"

I haven't had any luck fixing it and I'm not really sure how to diagnose it. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

Kubuntu 25.10 - Upgrade failed with the following output: Nothing

This is my first time upgrading Kubuntu and i don't know whats going wrong? I tried checking the Kubuntu website and the 26.04 upgrade link just says "coming soon".

I'm assuming its just bugged, Is there a way to upgrade through terminal or something else? I have backed up my .config and .local but i don't know if that's relevant 😣
