Going to court next week for a private job I completed awhile back. Another appraiser is involved as well. This is a first time for me. Im pretty confident in my report against the opposition having read through theirs.
Any advice?
I’ve been a solo appraiser since I began, and have never hired anyone. I’m fairly busy, and could pick up some more work if I wanted to so I’m looking into potentially hiring an assistant for data entry. I work from home, so my hire would be working from home as well. Just looking for some general tips or software any of you use to help coordinate with a new hire.
I plan on having them do mostly general data entry, scheduling, and making phone calls.
Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
