I have no hope that anyone knows the answer since this competition is a mess. But I'm still curious. 😭

This character was a big part of my childhood and adolescence during her games. So I risked the 16K i had left to at least get the dress, and I got even more than I expected!

This is my first Nikki limited UR in the game too! I'm at peace with the results. Even if we get an upcoming UR next month.

I'm also happy I get to play with the unlocked color palettes and color wheel they gave us!

I loved that the color palettes came for free!

I discovered that the set doesn't lag as much if I use it in landscape mode. Hope this helps some of you guys! The phone still overheats like crazy though.

Dress and feathers are 100/10.

I loved how the set dyes, seriously, but I didn't really like the fact that the details within the feather design don't dye separately.

I also didn't really like the bloom effect. Don't get me wrong, the accessory is amazing! But as you can see in the last image, its effect doesn't even cover the entire screen in landscape mode, so it's not a good idea to use the accessory for that type of photo.

That's a shame, since the accessory itself is amazing and adds so much to the set! Honestly, I didn't see any need to add a screen effect that I can't disable separately.

The gloves are weird, lol, I'm glad the glitter isn't part of them. I was so happy when I realized they were two separate accessories.

The heels are pretty meh, it depends a lot on the body accessory.

The accessories are also ultra-versatile from the moment you awaken the design reflection and unlocks the color palletes.

Now I have 14K left and 6 pieces of Nikki's set. Wondering if I can complete it. 🤔🤔🤔

Since I'm not doing the event today and there's an insane amount of things to do I decided to check it for you guys.

If anyone has any of the backgrounds, filters, and lightning effects, please post them in the comments so other players can get an idea of what they look like. 🙏🏻

I'm not the type to play for the lore, so for some reason my mind just accepted that Nikki is some kind of Magical Girl living under a curse from the universe itself that forces her to travel through the multiverse, lol.

I used to read the lore of Love Nikki but I was a little kid and honestly I can't remember much of it except that it was more dramatic. I do remember Lunar's death tho, vividly. 🥹💔

But if there was an animated series, which game would you want to see adapted? What genre do you think would best suit a story that's faithful to the game but also gives us an extra glimpse into what a "styling battle" would be like?

To me, she fits the Magical Girl genre perfectly. Perhaps some of her outfits could give her special powers, as seen in IN, while more common outfits like those of SSR, SR, or R category were the ones she wore during her every day life?

Who would be her enemies? Who would be her supporting characters? Momo, for sure, but who else would accompany her on her journey or appear at specific moments in specific episodes?

Would you prefer it to have a more childish and silly feel, or a more serious one?

• Yes, I do know it would cost them A LOT to make something like that really possible.

• I also know that it would be very difficult for any animation studio to adapt so many sets and independent costume pieces, even if it were the biggest team in the world.

• I also know that Chinese animations often arrive on the global market with very little potential for success, even when the animation is wonderful and the story is interesting. For Nikki, it might be even more difficult because it's a niche game series.

• I also know that some of the more revealing sets would probably never be animated or suffer from severe censorship.

I can't really explain it to you guys, but it's wonderful the satisfaction I get when I finally manage to style dark skin tones. I find it very difficult, especially with the hair; long curls are extremely rare in this game, and I was so happy to see how this hair looked after I dyed it! Definitely my favorite hairstyle now!

And I don't think I need to go into too much detail about the makeup issues. But I finally got another golden eyeshadow and I'm loving the result. Even more than the eyeshadow from the dragon set! I thought the gold details on the tip of her nose and around her eyes were so beautiful, simple but lovely!

I'm also having a lot of fun with the lightning they gave us! Clear filter + Childhood Days lightning is the best free combination I've ever seen on black skin in this game!

I'm happy I got to make something more urban-looking with what I had too! It's so hard to style some tops and bottoms.

Sorry for the rant, I'm just so happy I finally made a good styling with the dark skin that made me happy with everything! It's a simple styling but the results made me so happy!

Random thoughts that occurred to me while looking at the OG monster high dolls. I loved how much variation there was between them, especially in their clothing styles. Waaay more variety than Barbie ever had.

So that made me think: Would a Nikki doll brand be successful worldwide or in China at least? I know that in my country it probably wouldn't be, since it's a MEGA niche game here and they certainly wouldn't be cheap or easy to get, but it still seems like such a brilliant idea and I would love to see some sets come to life as dolls.

• I do know that the market for dolls today is increasingly more sought after by adults than children.

• I also know about the funko-like ones they make from time to time.

I made the same template as the last time the theme was related to summer, only the color is different. I also added those moth stickers to PRETEND they are cicadas so there's at least SOMETHING related to the theme.

I got more excited by the second part of the text and remembered that Nikki tells us a story about her fear of performing on stage that she developed after an incident in her childhood, and I wanted to kind of show her evolution and how she overcame her fear and everything else. Basically how she has grown.

I literally made the topic seem deeper than it actually is, and now that I've read it a second time, I realize the theme is simply GRADUATION! 😭

I'll just reuse the template tomorrow and use a different style, how annoying! How on earth could I have made such a mistake? Probably work fatigue.
