Hank's life changing productivity advice on the last day of Pizzamas

Like the title says I found some active mud tubes from termites in my house, and the pest control guy recommended trenching and applying Termador around the perimiter. The active ingredient fipronil is toxic to isopods.
I have 15+ isopod bins, and am worried about them becoming collateral damage, is there a better way to treat for active termites without endangering my pods?
