Any specific tools you guys use to keep track of clients progress to achieve their goals?

I am putting together an imessage group chat for startup founders between the ages of 22-26 who live in NY. This community is for people who are past ideation and are at the building stage but still pre-revenue. And you are probably building something centered around AI.
