Will keep this simple. ALD has gotten quite famous for its quality control issues given the premium price. I ordered a unisphere hat and the graphic was sewn on crooked, like a severe slant (not supposed to be that way, obv). The contact page for customer support is “broken”. The drop downs don’t load, so you can’t submit a ticket. The returns page only allows store credit.

Regardless of your views of the aesthetics etc. of the brand, this is objectively a predatory situation which will ensure I never buy from ALD again. Customers are your lifeblood, this is unacceptable.
