Viber.
What is wrong with you? Why are you trying so hard to kill the app?
Why do you HATE your customers so much?
Literally force feeding the customers your AI slop.
And now my number is blocked? I am a blocked user on the app, while PAYING you monthly for international calling.
Can I get a refund and take my business elsewhere?
I have been using Viber for international calling for 2 years, I was just charged a few days ago, and now yesterday I get blocked for what? Being accused of a spammer? I legit only call one number, which is my grandma who is elderly and 90+.
Viber. The people running the company, you are just soulless and money hungry. You do not make an app for the people or the customers. You see your customers as nothing more than money pigs, trying to wring them of everything they have.
The App is now just AD RIDDEN, AI SLOP, Constant bombardment from SPAM and SCAMMERS, that I can not even block. And then as a paying member, I am the one who is accused of being a spammer?

To all the customers, and future customers out there, take your money elsewhere. Let this app DIE. They are asking for their own death with this ENSHITTIFICATION.
There is no customer support. The customer support is just an AI bot that does nothing. You might as well be talking to a wall.
When you send an email to customer support, they do not promptly answer.
This is basically a "Fuck You" to the customers at that point.
To prospective users of Viber. Save yourself the hassle. This app is TRASH. Take your business and money elsewhere. The people who run this company DO NOT deserve your money.
